Product Specifications:
Standard fiber cement board length and width specifications are 1200 x 2400 mm and 1220 x 2440 mm, respectively. Conventional thickness specifications range from 4 to 20 mm. Other custom sizes can be cut and processed based on these specifications.
Applications :
Fiber cement pressure board is currently primarily used for interior partitions, exterior wall cladding, exterior wall insulation, and steel structure floor slabs
.
1. Compared to gypsum board and calcium silicate board, fiber cement pressure board offers superior waterproofing, fire resistance, and sound insulation for interior partitions. However, due to its higher cost, it is primarily used in high-end facilities such as hotels, guesthouses, villas, and national stadiums.
2. Exterior wall cladding, like stone, is increasingly used in various buildings due to its significant price advantage over stone, especially imported stone. This includes many venues for the World Expo and the Asian Games.
3. Exterior wall insulation board: For energy-saving purposes, many buildings in northern China now incorporate exterior wall insulation designs. The use of insulation materials such as fiber cement pressure board and extruded board has become commonplace.
4. With rising housing prices, duplex residential communities are booming across the country. Fiber-cement floor panels offer superior waterproofing, moisture-proofing, fireproofing, soundproofing, and insect-resistance compared to traditional density fiberboard (wooden boards). They have been widely adopted in major cities such as Beijing, Hangzhou, Xi'an, and Urumqi.
5. Fiber-cement pressure panels are also widely used in other applications, including high-speed railway sound barriers, electrical insulation panels, and curtain wall linings.
