The ceiling T bar roll forming machine has been designed for producing T Bars for ceiling panels connecting and roof constructions. The whole process is decoiler, roll former, punch, emboss,cut,out tables. Normally forming speed is around 40m/min.
Due to the light materials, a T bar roll forming machine usually wall panel and chain-brackets transmission. It’s another typical profile in light gauge steel system which is very essential in industry and building fields. There are punch version and not. Only need to add a punch machine. The holes are for connecting too.
