1.Ordinary paper-faced plaster board . Ivory white board core, gray paper surface, is a particularly economical and commonly used variety, limited to places without special requirements, and the continuous humidity of the place of use does not exceed 65%.
Performance characteristics
1. Low production energy consumption and high production efficiency
The energy consumption of producing the same unit of gypsum board is 78% less than that of cement, and the investment is small, the production capacity is large, the process is simple, and it is easy to produce on a large scale.
2. Lightweight
The weight of plaster board as partition wall is only 1/15 of the brick wall of the same thickness and 1/10 of the block wall, which is conducive to structural earthquake resistance and can effectively reduce the cost of foundation and main structure.
3. Thermal insulation
About 60% of the core of plaster board is tiny pores. Because the thermal conductivity of air is very small, it has good lightweight thermal insulation performance.
4. Good fireproof performance
Because the gypsum core itself is non-combustible, and when it encounters fire, it will absorb a lot of heat in the process of releasing chemical water, delaying the rise of the surrounding temperature, so gypsum board has good fire retardant performance. According to the test of the National Fire Prevention Testing Center, the fire resistance limit of gypsum board partition wall can reach 4 hours.
5. Good sound insulation performance
Single-layer walls made of single lightweight materials, such as aerated concrete and expanded perlite boards, can only meet the sound insulation requirements when their thickness is very large, while gypsum board partition walls have a unique cavity structure and have good sound insulation performance.
6. Good decorative function
The surface of gypsum board is flat, and the joints between boards can form a seamless surface, so the surface can be decorated directly.
