Production Process Description:
Process: This production line utilizes a papermaking process. Raw materials are pulped using a pulping machine. The mixed pulp is then papered through a mesh box to form mats. The pulp is fed into the mesh box by a pulp feeder. The papered felt undergoes vacuum dehydration before being wound onto a forming drum. The rolled sheet is then cut to a desired thickness and then cut into mats. A mat splicer conveys the finished mats to a three-station chopping machine, which cuts the mats to desired dimensions and chop them to a desired height. Pressing then proceeds to a pressure plate for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the thickness and density of the sheet. The cut offcuts are then mixed with recycled material to form a slurry. The slurry is then piped to the front of the machine for mixing and reuse. The entire production line forms a recirculating system, eliminating wastewater and waste. The pressed sheets then enter a curing process, where they are removed by a demolding machine for reuse. The production line utilizes a trolley and a transverse transport vehicle for automated circulation.
