1 What is the standard configuration of the Production Line and its dimensions?
The production line configuration is customized based on the intended use of the panels being produced. Different applications will result in different panel densities and equipment. The required dimensions are approximately 100 meters long, 15 meters wide, and 6 meters high.
2 . What is the production capacity of the Production Line?
Production can be customized. Under normal circumstances, the equipment can produce 3-4 national standard panels (1220mm*2440mm*6mm) per minute.
3 . How many workers are required to operate the Production Line?
Under normal circumstances, the production line requires 7 operators, not including storage, transportation, and maintenance personnel.
4 . We also request a description of individual Production Line components, namely:
· Raw material feeding system: Raw materials and powders are fed to the mixer via a screw conveyor. Water is pumped to the mixer via a pipe. Fiber is weighed and then pumped to the mixer via a slurry pump.
· Mixing Unit: After the raw materials are prepared, they are mixed thoroughly using a high-powered mixer. The mixing quantity is consistent each time, and the degree of slurry maturity can be controlled by adjusting the mixing time.
· Transporting the Mixture to the Production Line: The mixed slurry is transported to the production line's slurry feeder via a slurry pump via a pipeline.
· Production Line: Depending on the variety of raw materials used, the production line can adopt either a slurry-drawing or a flow-through method.
· Board Transport to the Dryer: After the boards are stacked, they are pressurized to increase their density and squeeze out moisture, allowing them to cure naturally.
· Board Drying Process: Cement boards can be cured naturally. Cement products require a moderate amount of moisture during the setting process, and rapid drying can affect product quality.
· Trimming/Cutting: After drying, the boards can be chamfered and polished as needed. Sanding can be performed on both sides or on a single side, ensuring the boards meet usable standards.
· Packaging: After the finished boards are stacked to a standard height, they are wrapped with plastic film and packaged. The production line is equipped with a baling machine.
