Main performance of our Gypsum board production line
(1) New technology of 2024, Gypsum board can be made to 7.5kgs per square meter with thickness of 12.5mm, raw material saving, energy saving, high efficiency.
(2) Studied and developed the Board forming machine, Foaming generator, Mixer and Board Turnover device.
(3) Low investment. Technology mature, simple production line structure, professional team can make this production line in low investment and high efficiency.
Testing
(1) Steel material testing, confirm it's the right type of raw steel material.
(2) Take small part steel material to test its phycical property, confirm it can meet our requirement.
(3) Single machinery test, each unit equipment will be tested before packing at our factory to ensure it can be running well. (see the attached video)
Installation the production line
Our own professional installation engineers, help the customer to arrange the installtion and teach the customer's technician how to operate the machinery.
Debugging the machinery
Equipped with professional process engineers and other technical personal joint debugging, from the raw material dosing to each machinery system operation, untill the machinery can running well by customer's technician operation.
Training the customer's technician
