Fiber cement composite steel plate explosion-proof walls are composed of steel keel, fiber cement composite steel plates, and rock wool. The fiber cement composite steel plate is a composite fireproof board made by strongly extruding two 0.5mm thick perforated galvanized steel plates onto an 8.5mm thick fiber cement layer. The fiber cement layer sandwiched between the two steel plates has an energy-absorbing function.

The fiber cement composite steel plate specifications are 1200*2400*9.5 mm. It can be cut according to actual needs during construction.
Explosion-proof walls are divided into non-insulated and insulated types. The insulated type has fiber cement composite steel plates on both the inner and outer sides of the metal frame, with rock wool filled in the middle of the frame. The fire resistance limit of the insulated explosion-proof wall can reach 4 hours. The steel keel of the explosion-proof wall uses cold-formed equal-leg channel steel. The size of the cold-formed equal-leg channel steel is determined by structural calculations based on the required explosion pressure value and the wall height.
