Pre-Coated Inorganic Board (also known as Cleanroom Panels or Fire-resistant Panels) are an eco-friendly decorative building material. They are manufactured using a non-asbestos calcium silicate core, finished with a specialized polyester coating or UV-cured surface treatment.
Compliant with Class A fire safety standards, these panels are widely used in interior and exterior wall applications for subways, hospitals, tunnels, and other humid or demanding environments.
The core consists of 100% asbestos-free calcium silicate, free from harmful substances such as formaldehyde. Through advanced roller-coating technology, a variety of finishes-including wood grain and stone patterns-can be achieved.
Key features include fire resistance, water and corrosion resistance, antibacterial and anti-mold properties, sound and thermal insulation, as well as lightweight and impact-resistant construction. The smooth surface is easy to clean and withstands chemical cleaning agents

This method creates clear visual lines and distinct segmentation, allowing for personalized and varied wall designs.
