Structural Integrity
Must be a factory-pre-laminated finished product: Front PVC film (0.2–0.5mm) + high-quality paper-faced gypsum board substrate (9.5mm/12mm) + back aluminum foil moisture-proof layer; avoid on-site manual film application (easy to peel off, short lifespan).
Process Requirements: High-temperature vacuum pressing (not cold glue bonding), ensuring no peeling for over 10 years.
Performance Certification;
Moisture Resistance: Can be used long-term in environments with RH≥99% and 50℃;
Environmental Protection: PVC film must be non-toxic and odorless (request heavy metal/volatile matter test reports), avoid inferior recycled materials.
