Molding Is the Foundation, Setting the Rhythm for Collaboration
It all begins in the molding section. The key here is not just speed, but also consistent quality. Imagine if the molded egg cartons have uneven moisture content and inconsistent strength; they will be more prone to breakage during subsequent transfer. Our experience shows that instead of blindly pursuing the highest cycle count of the molding machine, it is better to adjust the parameters to produce semi-finished products with a consistent structure and stable moisture content. This is like a steady drumbeat, laying a reliable foundation for the entire process. We assist you in finding the optimal vacuum level, dewatering time, and molding temperature based on the slurry formula and ambient humidity, ensuring that every "newborn" is robust enough to meet the next stage of the journey.

Gentle and Precise Transfer Is the Invisible Bridge to Efficiency
This is the most easily underestimated yet most impactful aspect of overall efficiency. The task of the robotic arm or transfer rack is not merely to "move" the wet preforms from the mold to the drying cart; it must achieve extremely precise positioning and gentle release. Even minor collisions or misalignment can cause deformation of the wet trays or instability on the drying cart. These potential problems may lead to damage after drying, rendering all previous efforts futile.
Our transfer system is designed around the core principles of adaptability and zero-contact stress. Like a human hand, it senses and adjusts force, ensuring that the wet blanks are transferred to their designated positions on the drying cart in the most relaxed state, creating ideal conditions for uniform drying. This smooth process directly reduces downtime and waste caused by defective products in later stages.

Drying: Replacing Long Waits with Intelligent Control
The drying process consumes the most energy and time. The key to effective coordination lies in matching the molding rhythm and dynamically optimizing parameters. Traditional fixed-duration drying methods either over-dry products-wasting energy-or under-dry them, affecting packaging quality when raw materials or environmental conditions change.
Our solution enables the temperature and humidity control system of the drying oven to receive "signals" from the molding section-for example, automatically fine-tuning the temperature and airflow of each drying zone based on the average moisture content of the wet blanks during continuous production or changes in ambient temperature and humidity. Meanwhile, the loading rhythm of the drying carts is strictly synchronized with the molding cycle, avoiding situations where "carts wait for blanks" or "blanks wait for carts." The result is not only faster drying speeds but also intelligent drying that maximizes the efficiency of every unit of electricity consumed.

Packaging: A Smooth End-and a New Beginning
After cooling, the egg trays must be quickly and neatly stacked and packaged. If the packaging speed cannot keep up with the drying and unloading rhythm, a bottleneck will form, forcing the front end of the line to slow down. Efficient coordination requires the packaging machine not only to operate at high speed but also to possess intelligent recognition and smooth handling capabilities, easily managing egg trays from different drying lanes that may have slight temperature differences, while ensuring stable stacking.
More importantly, the completion signal from the packaging unit should be fed back to the front end of the system. When a pallet is fully loaded and transported out, the system recognizes that a new cycle can begin. This complete data flow-from molding to packaging-allows you to clearly see the time consumption and waiting time at each step, enabling continuous optimization.
