Danae Supplies Pre-Coated Inorganic Board To Global Interior Projects

Danae Buildtech continues to supply pre-coated inorganic board to healthcare, education and commercial interior projects across East Asia, Russia and the Middle East. The product is positioned as a factory-finished wall solution that reduces on-site work and shortens renovation windows in buildings that remain in use.

The board uses a fibre cement or calcium silicate substrate with a decorative coating applied under controlled factory conditions. Panels arrive on site ready to fix - no painting, no wet plaster and no curing time. For project teams this means less dust and solvent odour during installation, which simplifies phased refurbishment where adjacent wards, classrooms or offices stay open. Colour and texture are controlled at source, helping consistency across rooms and across phased extensions.

Typical specifications include 1220 × 2440 mm sheets, thickness from around 4 mm to 12 mm depending on application, and a non-combustible base. Fire classification should be confirmed against the standard applicable in the destination market (for example EN 13501-1, ASTM E84 or GB 8624-2012). Substrate options at E0 level are available with test reports on request.

Inorganic wall panel colour options for healthcare and education interiors.

Common applications cover hospital corridors, wards and sluice rooms; school corridors, canteens and classrooms; as well as offices, hotels, shopping centres, airports and prefabricated interior systems. In wet-area locations such as showers and labs, performance depends primarily on the joint treatment and fixing detail rather than on the panel alone - a point we check with buyers during specification.
