What Is Gypsum Ceiling Board Making Machine?
The PVC gypsum board laminating machine-also known as a glue-coating and drying laminator-is equipment designed to apply surface finishes to fire-resistant composite boards. Through this lamination process, boards are transformed into glossy or matte decorative panels suitable for use as ceiling materials.
The machine operates by automatically and continuously laminating the board surfaces. The typical workflow is as follows: the substrate undergoes dust removal and vacuuming before entering the glue-coating unit for uniform adhesive application; the adhesive is then dried to the optimal bonding state; the facing material is unrolled and applied to the board, passing sequentially through cold-pressing, hot-pressing, and re-pressing units to ensure a secure bond; finally, an automatic cutting mechanism severs the material, completing the lamination process. The entire operation is driven by a transmission system, enabling continuous, automated production.

PRODUCT LINE SPECIFICATION
This machine is designed for laminating PVC film onto the front surface and aluminum foil onto the back surface of gypsum boards, ensuring a bubble-free result.
Process Description:
Gypsum boards are placed onto a hydraulic lifting platform, raised, and then pushed onto the conveying shelf. From there, they are transported by rollers to the laminating unit.
In the first stage, PET adhesive is applied onto the glue-spreading rollers. As the rollers rotate, the adhesive is evenly coated onto the gypsum boards. The aluminum foil is then brought into contact with the boards, forming a firm bond.
The second stage applies the PVC film using the same process.
This is followed by flattening and bubble removal. Finally, the excess PVC film and aluminum foil are cut, and the boards are conveyed to the cutting machine.

This machine is used to cut gypsum boards into smaller pieces. After being conveyed into the unit, the boards are first cut longitudinally and then transversely. Each standard gypsum board is divided into 8 pieces, suitable for use as ceiling panels.
