7. Control System
Main Control Components: The main control system is a Siemens PLC and a Siemens frequency converter.
Safety Protection: Forklifts entering and exiting the loading bay are equipped with safety light curtains, and personnel access channels are equipped with door safety switches.
System Warnings: The system must be equipped with running warning lights, fault alarm lights, maintenance indicator lights, and full-load indicator lights for the loading bay, along with audible warnings.
Wrap Film Breakage Detection Function: If the stretch film breaks unexpectedly, the system will automatically stop and alert the operator via audible and visual alarms to manually rewrap the film.
Wrap Film Shortage Detection Function: The system has a set consumable inventory value. When the detection mechanism detects that the consumable inventory is lower than this value, the system will alert the operator via audible and visual alarms to replace the consumable.
