Question 1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom sizes?
Answer: For standard sizes (e.g., 1220x2440mm), our MOQ is typically 2 x 20GP per thickness. For custom thicknesses or special cuts/edge finishes, the MOQ may be slightly higher due to production line setup. We recommend contacting our sales team with your specific requirements so we can discuss flexible solutions.
Question 2: Do you provide international certifications for export projects?
Answer: Yes. Our fiber cement boards are 100% asbestos-free and meet international standards. We can provide complete fire resistance (Class A non-combustible), freeze-thaw resistance, and flexural strength test reports. For specific project requirements, we can also assist with other local certifications upon your request.

Question 3: What are the main differences between high-density fiberboard (HDF) and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) for exterior walls?
A: High-density fiberboard (≥1.5 g/cm³) has excellent moisture resistance and impact resistance, and is recommended for exterior wall cladding and load-bearing walls. Medium-density fiberboard (1.3–1.5 g/cm³) is more suitable for interior partitions and ceilings. For exterior wall applications, we also recommend checking the freeze-thaw cycle performance and edge sealing of the boards.
Q4: What are your standard delivery time and packaging methods for sea freight?
A: The delivery time for standard orders is usually 10 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. For export orders, we use pallets to prevent damage during container shipping.
Q6: Can you provide surface treatment services? For example, sanding or painting?
A: Of course. We offer value-added services, including surface sanding and primer application. These services can save on-site labor costs. Please specify your surface treatment requirements in your inquiry so that we can adjust the quotation accordingly.
Q7: How do I choose the appropriate thickness for my project?
A: While our inquiry covers thicknesses from 6mm to 20mm, here's a brief reference:
6-8mm: Ceilings, wall linings, and curved surface applications.
9-12mm: Standard partitions and exterior cornices.
15-20mm: Suitable for heavy-duty floors, high-traffic areas, and exterior walls with high wind loads.
Our technical team can also provide free thickness calculations based on your wind load and span requirements.
