How to maintain gypsum line equipment? Manufacturers teach you

Maintenance must be performed regularly without undue delay. Under special circumstances, an extension may be granted only with the approval of the responsible specialist. However, this extension should generally not exceed half of the prescribed maintenance interval.

We must implement the principle of "equal emphasis on maintenance and repair, with prevention as the priority." This ensures regular and mandatory maintenance and properly manages the relationship between use, maintenance, and repair. Operation without maintenance, or repair without prior maintenance, is prohibited.

To ensure equipment is always in good technical condition and ready for immediate operation, we must reduce downtime, improve machine availability and utilization, minimize mechanical wear, extend service life, and reduce operating and maintenance costs, thereby ensuring safe production. Therefore, maintenance of fully automatic plaster molding machinery must be strengthened.

Quality must be ensured by performing maintenance item-by-item according to the specified requirements, with no omissions. Maintenance items, the quality of the work, and any problems discovered must be recorded and reported to the department's dedicated technician.

The management department will regularly monitor and inspect the maintenance performance of each unit, conduct regular or irregular spot checks on maintenance quality, and enforce a system of rewards and penalties.

Check for wear on the various sliding parts of the gypsum molding packaging machine. Machinery inevitably experiences friction during use, particularly the loader, unloader, stacker, and palletizer in the fully automatic PVC gypsum ceiling production line. Guide rails and sliders require regular inspection, and severely worn components should be replaced promptly. The advantage is that these parts can be replaced easily without a major disassembly of the machine.

Monitor the tension of transmission components such as chains, and adjust them appropriately based on production conditions.

Unbalanced pressure can result in different forces being applied to both sides of the gypsum board, causing them to move forward at different speeds and leading to deviation. In this case, the pressure between the rollers needs to be adjusted. For machines using pneumatic control, this adjustment is made by modifying the cylinder's extension and retraction distance.
