Fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board is made from high-grade Portland cement and selected quartz as the primary raw materials, reinforced with natural plant fibers.
It undergoes pulping, molding, autoclaving, and surface treatment. Boards are available in a variety of thicknesses.
The product is 100% free of harmful substances such as asbestos and sepiolite; it emits no formaldehyde and is non-radioactive. It is a green and environmentally friendly building and decorative material.
Fireproof and environmentally friendly: Calcium silicate board is a Class A non-combustible material.
In the event of a fire, it will not burn or produce toxic fumes.
Waterproof and moisture-proof: Calcium silicate board has excellent waterproof properties and maintains its performance in semi-open and high-humidity environments, preventing sagging or deformation.
Thermal and sound insulation: It has a low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation properties. The product has a high density and excellent sound insulation. Lightweight and high-strength: The boards, pressed by a 5,000-ton flatbed hydraulic press, are not only strong but also resistant to deformation and warping, making them suitable for various applications
