Our ·gypsum ceiling board lamination machine is built specifically for standard 1200×2400mm large boards. It cuts them into smaller ceiling sizes, such as 600×600mm or 595×595mm, and laminates both sides in a single run.

A: The machine requires 420V / 50Hz industrial three‑phase power. The total installed power is approximately 55 kW.
Q2: How many operators are needed, and what is the daily output?
A: The line needs 5–6 workers on site. With a 9‑hour working day, the daily production capacity is 6,000 to 8,000 square meters of laminated boards.
Q3: What workshop area is required?
A: We recommend a workshop area of 500 to 800 square meters. If you have a plot drawing or factory layout, we can design a customised production line layout for you.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A: Payment is by T/T (telegraphic transfer). A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid before the machine is dispatched from our factory.
Q5: How long does manufacturing take after receiving the deposit?
A: Production typically takes 30 to 45 days after we receive the deposit payment. The exact timeline depends on our current order backlog.
Q6: What are the costs and arrangements for installation and training?
A: We send our engineers to your site for installation and operator training. The buyer is responsible for:

A per‑diem of $100 per day per engineer (for living expenses)
Q7: How long does installation take, and what support is needed from the buyer?
A: The overall installation period is planned within 20 days, with electrical work taking about 10 days. Throughout the process, we require on‑site assistance from the buyer, including providing necessary tools, manpower, and lifting equipment to facilitate the installation and commissioning.
