Many customer mentioned that they don't know how to choose the heating way of Gypsum board production line. And many factories expressed that the Hot Air heating way is the best choice.
Actually, according to the heating theroy and experience of production, how to choose the heating way, depends on the customer's detailed requirement.
Some Gypsum board production line, the Hot Air heating way is better, such as larger line over 10 million, the heating energy can be fully used. The other Gypsum production line, the Hot Oil heating way is better, such as smaller production line, the technology of this heating system we made is also perfect. Many production lines we made by this heating way runs well.
So in our opinion, maybe we can't define that hot air is better or hot oil is better.
