Drying system is the most important part of the Gypsum board production line, which directly affects the production capacity and energy consumption. We use the unique radiator structure, which can control the temprerature by layer and sections. Coupled with the novel and unique air distribution system, the temperature and humidity of each layer can be adjusted, then reducing the energy consumption.
Two types drying way:
Indirect Drying type(Conduction oil)
The medium in the pipes is firstly heated, which flows through heat exchanger in the dryer,where the medium further heats the air in the dryer through the heat exchanger, and finally dries the board. The heat medium here can be steam or heat conduction oil, the latter is more widely used because of its high specific heat capacity. (If the fuel is coal, this type is the best choice, stabilization)
Hot Air drying type
The fuel is first heated by the hot air stove through the heat exchanger to form hot air, and then the hot air directly enters the dryer to dry the board in each area(If the fuel is Natural gas, this type is the best choice,save energy)
The technology of these two drying methods , we did very mature, can be assured to choose. Which drying method to choose depends on the raw material.
Comparatively speaking, coal will save costs. Customers from India can choose the fuel of Coal.
