Generally, to be considered a high-performance fiber cement pressure board and meet building requirements and standards, it must meet the following conditions:
First, it must meet the Class A fire resistance and insulation standard, meaning it will not burn in a fire and will not produce toxic fumes or mists, and its electrical conductivity must be very low. It must also be waterproof, moisture-proof, and resistant to dampness. Even in semi-open conditions or high-humidity environments, it must maintain stable performance without sagging or deformation. In terms of strength, cement pressure boards are typically forged under approximately 5,000 tons of pressure using a hydraulic press, resulting in high strength that prevents deformation and warping.
Second, its length, height, thickness, right angles, and overall dimensions must conform to the building design requirements.
Third, the color must meet the building design requirements, and there must be consistent color matching across all boards, with no significant color deviations.

Fourth, the surface of the fiber cement pressure board should be machined. After machining, the surface needs to be rinsed with high-pressure water, or carefully cleaned with water and a soft brush. Solvent-based chemical cleaners should not be used to clean the board.
Fifth, the technical requirements and performance of the metal fittings used on the decorative surface should fully comply with current technical standards.
We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of cement fiberboard, capable of producing cement fiberboard interior and exterior wall panels, and have experience in undertaking large-scale engineering projects. Welcome to discuss cooperation!
