What is the working principle of the gypsum powder production line? After being crushed, large pieces of material are sent to the storage bin by an elevator, and then evenly fed into the grinding chamber of the main machine by an electromagnetic vibration feeder. The material entering the grinding chamber is picked up by a shovel and crushed by rolling between the grinding roller and the ring. The fan blows the air into the grinding chamber, bringing the powder into the analysis machine for sorting. If the fineness is not reached, it falls into the grinding chamber again, and qualified fine powder enters the finished cyclone powder collector with the air flow, After the fine powder is separated from the air and discharged from the discharge port, it is the finished product, and the air returns to the fan from the upper end of the return duct. The air circuit is circulating and flows under negative pressure.
In the grinding chamber of the ultrafine powder mill, due to the certain moisture content of the material being ground, a certain amount of heat will be generated during grinding, leading to water vapor evaporation. Additionally, the flange connections of the various pipelines of the entire machine are not tightly sealed, causing external gas to be sucked in, resulting in an increase in the circulating air flow rate. To ensure the normal operation of the mill under negative pressure, the increased air flow rate is discharged into the bag dust collector through the residual air pipe between the fan and the main machine, and is purified before being discharged into the air.
Gypsum powder is widely used in architecture, building materials, industrial molds and artistic models, chemical industry and agriculture, food processing, medicine and beauty and many other industries and application fields. It is one of the five gel type decorative materials. It is an important industrial raw material, usually white and colorless, and sometimes may become gray, light yellow, light brown and other different colors due to impurities.
The production of gypsum cement and the addition of appropriate activator can produce anhydrite cement or cementitious materials, which are suitable for the reinforcement of soft soil foundation, wall painting, mechanical model, tunnel support and production of fiber pressure board. There are other functions: for example, gypsum powder can be used as a main raw material for concrete expansion agent, crack resistance agent, self-leveling mortar, and as a composite mineralizer in special cement production.
