Over the past years, we have executed twelve gypsum board projects across China, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Oman, Yemen, and Malaysia. These are not small pilot lines. They range from 4 million to 30 million square meters per year, covering natural gypsum, desulfurized gypsum, and even a 25 million m³ per year paperless gypsum board line in Oman. Every single project is a whole-line undertaking, from process design to commissioning or normal operation.
Take Saudi Arabia as an example. We have four lines there: Riyadh (15 million m²/year), Saltbu (15 million m²/year), Yamama (20 million m²/year), and a third line (10 million m²/year) now under debugging. Each uses different fuels-diesel, natural gas, or hot air. This flexibility is built into every gypsum board processing line we deliver.
In China, the Hengshui and Juyi lines each produce 30 million m²/year using desulfurized gypsum, proving that our technology adapts to both synthetic and natural raw materials.
