Recently, our cement fiberboard factory and production base welcomed important international visitors-a delegation of customers from the Philippines and Vietnam. They visited our headquarters and production facilities to comprehensively examine the product performance, application scenarios, and manufacturing processes of our cement fiberboard. This visit not only allowed international customers to directly experience our technological strength but also facilitated key communication channels for cooperation, laying a solid foundation for Modular Cube's expansion into the Southeast Asian market and marking another substantial step forward in our brand's internationalization strategy.
The first stop focused on product strength, with the showroom providing a direct experience of core advantages and addressing pain points in overseas construction.
At the start of the visit, the customer delegation first visited the cement fiberboard product showroom. Inside, a full range of products, including retaining wall formwork, were neatly displayed, with details such as modular clips and reinforcing rib structures clearly visible.
Addressing the hot, humid, and long rainy season characteristic of Southeast Asia, the technical lead added, "Our formwork is made of polypropylene and high-strength fiberglass composite material, molded under high temperature and pressure. Even with long-term open-air storage or construction during the rainy season, it will not swell from moisture, rust, or deform, making it perfectly suited to the local construction environment." During the case study sharing session, the team presented videos of overseas projects, visually demonstrating the product's practical effectiveness in reducing overall costs and forest land consumption.
A visit to the production base to trace the manufacturing process and witness the quality control of "Made in China"
After establishing initial approval at the product showroom, the customer delegation visited the MoldCube production plant to conduct a full-process traceability inspection "from raw materials to finished products."
Discussions and negotiations to discuss cooperation, further accelerating the Southeast Asian market expansion
Following the site visit, a special cooperation seminar was held in the MoldCube headquarters conference room. The representative detailed the service support system for the Southeast Asian market, highlighting the establishment of a multilingual overseas technical team capable of providing a full-chain service from "product customization to logistics and customs clearance to on-site guidance." The customer delegation shared local market opportunities: with the advancement of the Philippines' "Infrastructure Construction Plan" and Vietnam's "Affordable Housing Development Plan," the problems of traditional cement fiberboard being "heavy, expensive, and not durable" are becoming increasingly prominent, and the market urgently needs efficient and environmentally friendly cement fiberboard products.
