The advantages of gypsum board foaming technology are primarily reflected in the following aspects:
Lightweight and High-Strength
Foamed gypsum board weighs only 1/15th of a brick wall of equal thickness, significantly reducing the building's deadweight and the burden on the foundation. It also boasts five times the nail-holding strength of ordinary gypsum board, offering superior earthquake resistance.
1. Thermal Insulation
Through a physical or chemical foaming process, a large number of tiny cells are formed within the material, effectively preventing heat transfer. This reduces indoor heat loss in winter and blocks high temperatures in summer, making it suitable for energy-saving buildings.

2. Fire Resistance
Gypsum itself is non-flammable. At high temperatures, it releases water vapor, lowering flame temperature and inhibiting fire spread, thus meeting building safety requirements.
3. Sound Insulation
The cavities created by the foam structure attenuate sound waves, effectively isolating noise and improving living comfort.
4. Convenient Construction
Application can be made directly on the base layer. The process involves base preparation, slurry preparation, and paving/spraying, making it simple and efficient.
