After four months of meticulous manufacturing, the gypsum board production line with an annual output of 6 million square meters has completed production and quality inspection, and arrived safely at the customer's designated site at the port of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 20 days later. We have now fully prepared the plant foundation construction drawings, equipment layout, mechanical installation details, and pipeline configuration plans. The customer has completed the land hardening and plant infrastructure construction according to technical requirements, and has ensured a stable supply of water and electricity for production. We have also prepared all the necessary lifting equipment, welding tools, oxygen and acetylene gas sources, and various auxiliary facilities.
To ensure efficient installation, we will dispatch a four-person technical team composed of mechanical and automation professionals to provide on-site guidance. The customer will also provide two technicians to collaborate throughout the installation process and receive systematic, hands-on training. The entire installation project is expected to take 60 days and will cover the installation of the main engine, transmission system calibration, power connection, and leak testing. At the end of the installation phase, we will dispatch an additional experienced electrical engineer to oversee control cabinet wiring, sensor commissioning, and automation system integration. Finally, we will schedule a seven-day full-line commissioning and trial run to ensure the equipment meets its designed performance specifications.
